Description

Lean seared sirloin with roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli, finished with a light garlic Greek yogurt drizzle for a balanced macro bowl.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, trimmed
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 small clove garlic, grated
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Toss sweet potatoes and broccoli with 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil, smoked paprika, half the salt, and pepper; spread on the pan.
  3. Roast 25–30 minutes, stirring once, until tender and lightly browned.
  4. Pat steak dry and season with remaining oil, salt, and pepper; sear in a hot skillet 3–4 minutes per side to desired doneness, then rest 5 minutes and slice thinly.
  5. Stir yogurt and garlic with a pinch of salt. Divide vegetables and steak into 4 containers and drizzle with yogurt sauce or pack it separately.
