Lemony oregano‑marinated chicken is skewered and cooked fast, then served with cucumber‑tomato, red onion, and a generous dollop of tzatziki—clean, classic souvlaki.

Ingredients
  • 10 oz chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup chopped tomato & cucumber
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki
Directions
  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes (or longer).
  2. Skewer and grill or pan‑sear 3–4 minutes per side until 165°F.
  3. Serve with tomato, cucumber, red onion, and tzatziki.
