  • 1/2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 3 oz Ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Zucchini
  • 1/2 tsp Total of: garlic powder and onion powder
  • 1 oz Shredded cheddar cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Heat the avocado oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Drain any excess grease if necessary.
