Classic beef and broccoli in a glossy soy-garlic sauce—tender, savory, and table-ready in about 20 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce (or extra soy)
  • 1 tsp cornstarch, 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tsp neutral oil
  • Sesame seeds, scallions for garnish
Directions
  1. Whisk soy, oyster, cornstarch, and water; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet; sear steak 2 minutes; remove. Stir-fry broccoli 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger 30 seconds; return steak, pour sauce, and toss until glossy.
