Ingredients
  • Steamed lentils 2 cups (precooked)
  • Cucumber 1 1/2 cups, diced
  • Cherry tomatoes 1 1/2 cups, halved
  • Kalamata olives 1/4 cup, sliced
  • Crumbled feta 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp + red wine vinegar 1 tbsp + dried oregano 1/2 tsp
Directions
