This simple one-pan recipe delivers a restaurant-quality meal that’s both keto-friendly and high in protein. It’s ideal for a quick weeknight dinner when you want something satisfying and elegant without the fuss. The zesty lemon and garlic flavors make this dish feel light yet fulfilling.

Ingredients
  • 5 oz Boneless pork chop, center-cut loin, about 1-inch thick
  • 1 tsp Avocado oil
  • 1 cup Fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dried thyme or parsley
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Directions
  1. Pat the pork chop dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chop and sear for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the pork chop to a plate and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add the green beans to the same skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet with the green beans. Cook for 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted.
  5. Return the pork chop to the skillet. Squeeze the lemon juice over everything and sprinkle with dried herbs. Toss to coat and serve immediately.
