Crisp‑edged tofu stir‑fried with broccoli, bell pepper, and onion in a soy‑ginger‑garlic glaze with a touch of honey and sesame—savory, fast, and weeknight‑ready.

Ingredients
  • 14 oz firm tofu, pressed & cubed
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups mixed stir-fry veggies (broccoli, peppers, snap peas)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tbsp mirin or honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
  1. Press tofu and cube; toss with cornstarch (optional).
  2. Crisp tofu in sesame oil 6–8 minutes; remove.
  3. Stir‑fry vegetables 3–4 minutes; add soy sauce, mirin (or honey), and ginger.
  4. Return tofu; toss to coat; sprinkle sesame seeds and serve.
