Ingredients
  • Whole‑wheat tortillas 2 (large)
  • Egg whites 1 cup
  • Deli turkey 6 oz, chopped
  • Baby spinach 2 cups
  • Shredded reduced‑fat cheddar 1/4 cup
  • Salsa 1/4 cup
Directions
  1. Scramble egg whites in a nonstick skillet until almost set; fold in spinach and turkey until spinach wilts.
  2. Fill tortillas with egg mixture and cheese; roll tightly.
