Thick, creamy peanut butter–Greek yogurt mousse: dessert vibes with real protein.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered zero-cal sweetener (or 1–2 tsp light maple syrup), to taste
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional (not in macros): cocoa dust, crushed peanuts, berries
Directions
  1. Whisk yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla, sweetener, and salt until silky and thick.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness. Chill 10–15 minutes for best texture.
  3. Spoon into 4 cups. Add optional toppings just before serving.
