It combines perfectly seasoned ground beef, sharp cheddar cheese, and all your favorite toppings over a bed of crisp romaine, finished with a simple creamy dressing. Ingredients
  • 4 oz Ground Beef (90/10)
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Slices, no sugar added
  • 2 tbsp Diced Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
  2. While the beef cooks, prepare the salad. Add the chopped romaine lettuce to a large bowl.
  3. Top the lettuce with the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, pickles, and red onion.
  4. Drizzle the mayonnaise over the salad (or mix it with a splash of water or pickle juice to create a thinner dressing). Toss everything together and serve immediately.
