  • 3 oz Ground pork
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp Heavy whipping cream
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
Directions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
