Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • a pinch Salt
Directions
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the rolled oats, water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats begin to thicken.
  3. Slowly pour in the liquid egg whites while whisking constantly. Continue to whisk for 1-2 minutes until the oatmeal becomes thick, creamy, and increases in volume.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla protein powder and cinnamon until fully combined.
  5. Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and top with the teaspoon of peanut butter. Serve immediately.
