Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mint
  • 1 cucumber, grated
Directions
  1. Mix lamb, onion, garlic, spices
  2. Shape into koftas
  3. Bake 400°F for 20 min
  4. Mix yogurt, lemon, mint, cucumber for sauce
  5. Serve together
