Juicy lemon-herb chicken tucked in warm pitas with creamy tahini yogurt and crisp cucumber-tomato salad.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 pocket pitas, warmed
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber and tomato
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp water, pinch salt for sauce
Directions
  1. Toss chicken with lemon, oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper; sauté 5–6 minutes until cooked.
  2. Whisk tahini, yogurt, water, and a pinch of salt for sauce.
  3. Fill pitas with chicken, cucumber-tomato, and drizzle with tahini yogurt.
