Ingredients
  • 4 oz Ground beef
  • 1 slice Bacon
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Water
Directions
  1. Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the skillet.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease if necessary.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and water to the skillet. Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the beef and broccoli, and stir to combine. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon. Cover the skillet for 1-2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Serve immediately.
