Tender ginger-garlic chicken tossed with crisp green beans in a light savory sauce—fresh, fast, and weeknight easy.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (or extra soy)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp neutral oil
  • 2 tbsp water or low-sodium chicken broth
  • Lime wedges, scallions for garnish
Directions
  1. Heat oil in a hot skillet; sear chicken 2–3 minutes. Remove.
  2. Stir-fry green beans 2–3 minutes; add ginger and garlic 30 seconds.
  3. Add soy, oyster sauce, broth and honey; return chicken; toss to coat. Finish with lime and scallions.
