Cumin‑paprika‑cinnamon spiced chicken served over fluffy couscous with raisins and chopped almonds, finished with fresh cilantro.

Ingredients
  • 10 oz chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup cooked couscous
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Salt & pepper
Directions
  1. Season chicken with cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear in olive oil 4–5 minutes until cooked through; set aside.
  3. Prepare couscous; fluff and fold in raisins and chopped almonds.
  4. Slice chicken; serve over couscous; garnish with cilantro.
