Classic Beef & Cheese Sliders

In a medium bowl, gently mix the ground beef, minced onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into small patties, slightly larger than the diameter of your slider buns. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese (you can tear the slices in half if needed) and cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt. Serve the patties immediately on the slider buns with your favorite condiments.
