In a small saucepan, combine the hemp hearts, chia seeds, water (or almond milk), keto sweetener, and cinnamon. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once simmering, reduce the heat to low and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened to your desired consistency. The chia seeds will gel and thicken the 'noatmeal'. Remove from heat and stir in the whey protein powder until fully combined and smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with the chopped pecans before serving.
